We’ve all been there at different points in our lives. A new girl comes along and suddenly all the boys are dazed. At first you pay no attention, it’s a common behavior for boys to like something shiny and new (just like a new gadget that they don’t need, but still justify the buy). You can’t blame her, all she did was arrive. Now you’re the old girl… no longer all that interesting and you don’t see why. Sure, you’re rational and know that the situation will soon shift, as she won’t be new forever. But just because you now doesn’t mean it doesn’t sting.
